All products (excluding OE buff as well as items that are custom made) may be returned (or exchanged) within 15 days of purchasing the items. Returns are only granted for valid reasons such as sizing problems, damages to items or the wrong item was sent. After that 15 day period no returns or refunds will be granted. Due to COVID health protocol, no buffs may be returned or exchanged. A proof of payment is required for all refunds and returns.
